On moving to Spain several years ago I got to the stage where I had done all the things I wanted. I started to look for an existing business in Huescar Granada and coming from a professional automotive retail background, the retail sector was an obvious choice. After careful consideration of several businesses I came across an Estate Agent business that was about to close and decided that it was the right opportunity for me. As negotiations progressed the questions about the web and service provider came up, this is when I was introduced to Pete from Webspain.

Our property portfolio has grown from a sorry 56 properties to almost 500 and we continue to increase this number on a weekly basis. We now have working partners in different areas of Spain and offer Self Sell options along with a property professional photographic service giving our clients the best platform of exposure possible to get that all important sale.

Through hard work we have become one of the largest independent agents in Spain and feature as such in third position by “most active” on Europe’s largest property portal. As recognition of our achievements we have now been awarded membership to the IASPP (International Association of Safe Purchase Professionals).
We also have a Spanish business partner that runs the construction part of our company Pichiclan II undertaking all aspect of building work along with registered electricians and plumbers that work for us we have created a one stop shop for property and development, none of which would have been possible without the help and continued help of WebSpain.
